Bad Practices: Adobe

AdobeI tried out Adobe Professional recently, and ordered the disc. I should have stopped during install when I discovered the installation bundle had a virus embedded into it. When the trial ended, every time I opened a PDF, every 30-60 seconds I'd get a BUY NOW popup.  I finally uninstalled it today, suffering through the near constant popups until halfway through the removing files process.

Bad form, adobe, both in being so careless as to include a virus in bundled software, and being so aggressive with the buy now popups, especially when nearly every computer in the world has the free reader on it.

When you're sending something out to clients, or the public, take care to scrub it, mmmk? And treat your (potential) customers with some respect.
