I have been very remiss in updating this recently. My apologies.  I will strive to do a couple posts a week from now on.

Today I attended the annual Board Retreat for Launch Pad Job Club, It was an intensive session of reviewing last year's goals and acheivements and setting up new ones for 2008.  I'm happy to say, we have some good ideas for the next year, and I hope I can live up to my reputation as being a 'plethora' of skills! 

One goal I have is to create and implement a Marketing plan to establish our brand identity as well as foster alliances with other organizations.  I think it's doable.  But more importantly, I want to leverage our inactive membership to be resources for active members.
