Reume Redo
I've been doing recruiting officially for two weeks as of tomorrow. I've seen quite a few resumes.
So let me remind you... KEEP IT SIMPLE (S.....).
Seriously, get rid of the text boxes, tables, graphics, shading, lines, color, pictures, graphics, logos, fancy fonts, and tiny fonts. Not to mention text dense pages.
If you want to have promotional material, fine, but NEVER send it as a resume, and never without being absolutely sure it's important. If you aren't sure, don't use it.
Have a complete Curriculum Vitae, but don't use it for introductory purposes, use it when you are asked to provide it.
I'm just floored at what I've been seeing that passes for resumes.
